Sky Dominion runs on your device. The game creates no account and asks for no personal information: your progress stays in the private storage of the app. One optional feature, triggered by you, leaves the device: cloud save through Google Play Games.

The app keeps locally:
• campaign progress (stars earned per mission);
• your pilot profile: gold, experience, purchased upgrades, unlocked aircraft, best scores and career statistics;
• your settings: language, theme, music, sound effects, vibration.
None of this contains a name, an e-mail address, an advertising identifier or location data. It leaves the device only if you turn on cloud save yourself (see below).
We do not collect your name, e-mail address, contacts, location, photos, address book, or your device advertising identifier. The app currently contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracker.
If you sign in to Google Play Games from the settings, a copy of your progress is stored on your Google account so you can retrieve it on another device. That copy holds the same game data listed above, and nothing more.
The feature is entirely yours to drive: nothing is sent until you sign in, and every backup or restore follows an action of yours. You can delete the online copy at any time from Settings → Delete my online save.
Play Games is a Google service: the player identity (gamertag and player ID) and the hosting of the save fall under the Google privacy policy. We receive neither your e-mail address nor your identity.
If in-app purchases are offered, they are handled by Google Play (or Apple's App Store). Those platforms process the payment on their own: we receive neither your payment method nor your identity. See their own privacy policies for details.
The data above is used solely to run the game: remembering your progress and your preferences. Under the GDPR, this processing is based on performing the service you request by installing the game (Article 6(1)(b)).
Data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Erase my data, or by uninstalling the game.
Since nothing is stored on our side, you exercise your rights directly in the app:
• Access and portability: Settings → Download my data exports everything to a readable JSON file.
• Erasure: Settings → Erase my data resets the game permanently; Settings → Delete my online save removes the copy kept by Play Games.

Sky Dominion is intended for players aged 13 and over. The game is not directed to children and knowingly collects no data about them.
Game data is written to the private storage of the app, isolated from other apps by the operating system. Nothing is transmitted over the network unless you ask for a cloud save, which then travels to Google servers over an encrypted connection.
This policy may change, in particular if a new online feature is added (advertising, analytics). The update date at the top is authoritative, and any significant change will be announced in the app.
