These terms govern the use of the game Sky Dominion, published by SynthoCode Studio. By installing or using the game you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sky Dominion for private, non-commercial purposes. The game is not sold to you: it is licensed to you.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. Where your country sets a higher age for consenting to a digital service on your own, that age applies.
Gold, experience, aircraft and upgrades are game elements with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded or converted into money, and give no right to a refund. They are tied to your installation and are lost if the game is uninstalled or its data erased.
Any purchase is made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms and refund procedures. The price, duration and cancellation method of a subscription are shown to you before payment. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your Google Play or Apple account.
You may not modify, decompile or disassemble the game (except as permitted by law), use cheating or automation software, exploit a bug for advantage, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or redistribute the game or its assets.
The code, artwork, music, sound effects, names and logo of Sky Dominion are protected and remain the property of SynthoCode Studio or their respective authors. The aircraft, units and factions depicted are fictional: any resemblance to real equipment, armed forces or conflicts would be coincidental.
The game is provided "as is". We may update it, change its balancing or content, and if need be discontinue distribution. We will make reasonable efforts to announce a shutdown in advance.
We are not liable for the loss of game data caused by uninstalling the app, a device failure or a reset: saves are local, and the optional online copy depends on your Play Games sign-in. Nothing here limits our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor the statutory guarantees you enjoy as a consumer.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution — write to contact@synthocode.studio. Failing that, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform. Courts having jurisdiction remain those provided by law.
